Charter Hall appointed us to systematically upgrade several dozen non-compliances across the building. Works included replacement of fire/ smoke assets and egress items. Certificates and reports were updated and provided to the client for future compliance.

Lighting and plants upgrade was also completed to existing ground floor lobby. Works included specialised lighting product to adjust as required and provide artificial light to specific areas.
