Regional Transformation
An Australian Major Energy Provider identified 20 sites within mainland Australia as part of their Regional Transformation Program. This program saw the condition of selected sites across their portfolio documented with the direct intention of future improvement works. Site Condition Reports (SCR) were to meet or exceed existing precedents while developing comprehensive actionable work packages.
Delivr Group lead a data centric approach through the development of a comprehensive asset database. This strategy provided a greater level of flexibility as the project developed ensuring functional data could be rapidly deployed leading directly to project outcomes. The creation of a detailed data set contributed to an information environment enabling future control and communication activities for the delivery of specified works.
