Delivr Group were engaged by Real IS to complete the demolition and new build of their End of Trip (EOT) facility at 100 Waymouth Street, Adelaide. The purpose of this project was to upgrade the facilities in the EOT to offer first-class services.
The project scope encompassed a variety of essential upgrades to the facilities, including the installation of new partitions, create a large bike storage area, new lockers, changing rooms and new shower facilities.
The refurbishment took place within a fully operational building, and Delivr Group successfully executed the works with minimal disruption to the building’s tenants. Delivr Group maintained a collaborative approach by closely coordinating with consultants and stakeholders during both the preconstruction and delivery stages to ensure the project was completed on time, within budget, and defect free.
